From our first contact with CVR our experience with the company and personnel has been very satisfying. We received an immediate response to our initial email from overseas, something that does not always happen when dealing with real estate agents in Vietnam, detailing their services and listing several units we might be interested in.
Once we arrived in Vietnam we found our agent Mr. Tran Dien to be extremely professional. He was always on time for our appointments. He made sure that he understood what we were looking for and explained the entire rental process in detail.
He was patient with us as we explored several different units, and once we settled on an apartment, he was extremely helpful in ensuring that the rental process went smoothly.
Since the apartment was not available for three weeks, he made immediate arrangements for a very comfortable place for us to stay. He kept all the commitments for preparing the apartment for our occupancy and in fact when we did move in the apartment exceeded our expectations.
CVR and Mr. Dien were very professional in explaining the necessary paperwork for occupying the apartment.
Once we moved in Mr. Dien promptly responded to any questions we had and was very meticulous in making all the arrangements for our utility services. For example, in response to our concern regarding the quality of the existing internet and TV services, he promptly arranged for new connections that were both reasonably priced and vastly improved.
We would recommend to anyone seeking to relocate either short or long term to the Da Nang area to contact Mr. Dien and CVR. You will not be disappointed with their services.
