Mr Nguyen is very helpful in helping us find a place to stay. He understands what your requirements are and he will find the apartment / house based on what you have told him. He is resourceful and positive. Finally we found a house, and Mr Nguyen helped us negotiate with the landlord (not an easy going person). I will recommend Mr Nguyen if you are looking for a place to settle down.
