I arrived in Da Nang in June 2016 and was looking to find a long term accommodation. I used CVR’s online contact form and specified the area that I was interested in and my requirements (1 BR, price range, etc.). Ms. Vo Thi My Huong reached out almost immediately and showed me three apartments that exactly met my needs. I promptly signed a year-long lease with her help in an excellent apartment building in the An Thuong Area.

The process was extremely hassle-free, and I am happily living in my apartment now. Look no further if you are new to the Da Nang area and need short-term or long-term accommodations.

Ms Huong and Mr Hieu have always been extremely courteous, professional and efficient when locating a rental property for me. They’re also willing to answer any questions you have about the area and are happy to offer advice about things to do and see. In my search for a place to stay in Danang, it was suggested I visit CVR. I am throughly pleased that I did. Introduced to Ms. Quyen Nguyen moments after entering the office, she arranged and showed me a variety of options in different locales throughout the city, both older and newer places. From our first meeting I felt confident that I could trust Ms. Nguyen to do her utmost to find the right apartment for me. We highly recommend Mr. Hieu for anyone looking for a place to rent in Da Nang (although he was helpful far beyond just helping us find an apartment). Mr. Hieu listened to our requirements for an apartment and showed us many great options, eventually helping us negotiate a great deal in a nice neighborhood close to the beach. Mr. Hieu was always very responsive and accommodating with our schedules, and was a great translator when things were unclear.
