The agent I had used to find an apartment recommended CVR to locate an appropriate rented apartment in Da Nang city. Ms. Nhung Nguyen of CVR provided a highly professional, courteous and efficient service from beginning to end. I was shown a number of options in line with my requirements and budget, all of which were satisfactory. We were looking for a nice house not too big not too small in a nice area and we found that CVR had some houses on their webpage. We contacted one of the agents Ms.Dung, she was very receptive and she mentioned about a house with the requirements we were looking for. We came to see the house and we immediately knew that was the house we wanted, so we agreed on the terms and she helped us communicate with the landlord. Everything went very good and thanks to her help and advice we moved to a our new place.

They say that an Agent or Representative is the face of any business. We don’t deal with the Company but rather their Representatives. In my Case this was soo true when I 1st e-mailed CVR.

1st their response was very quick which is normally the case but and then everything stops. BUT NOT with CVR. After their quick professional response to my 1st request. The next day I had their Agent Ms. Nhung Nguyen contact me. She also E_mailed and sms’d me with various options and times and dates set for appointments according to my convenience. I was a pain and made her take me everywhere but Ms. Nhung Nguyen was Extremely professional and Friendly and Helpful to assist me in find the best place to suit my needs.

Day after day she set up meetings, then finally I found my place and she was very efficient to in communicating with the landlord on my behalf and make arrangements and even did some negotiations as I couldn’t speak Vietnamese.

I recently returned to Danang and needed to rent an apartment as soon as possible. I already knew that the CVR Realty  website was a good place to look for decent housing.

The apartment I rented was listed by Ms. Huong Vo. I was very impressed with her page on the website and was able to narrow down my search to several properties.

Ms. Huong responded quickly to my message to her through the website and we were able to meet and look at the property the next day. Because I am working here in Danang, I stressed my need to be properly registered with the local police.

Ms. Huong was able to communicate my needs to the property manager as well as quickly arrange to have a formal lease drawn up. I had the pleasure of working with CVR in finding a location for my restaurant. Hieu, a representative for CVR, found the location within one week! He listened to what the requirements were and nailed it first time around. Hieu also helped with the paperwork and really went out of his way to assist our restaurant in any way possible. From our first contact with CVR our experience with the company and personnel has been very satisfying. We received an immediate response to our initial email from overseas, something that does not always happen when dealing with real estate agents in Vietnam, detailing their services and listing several units we might be interested in.

Once we arrived in Vietnam we found our agent Mr. Tran Dien to be extremely professional. He was always on time for our appointments. He made sure that he understood what we were looking for and explained the entire rental process in detail.

He was patient with us as we explored several different units, and once we settled on an apartment, he was extremely helpful in ensuring that the rental process went smoothly.

Since the apartment was not available for three weeks, he made immediate arrangements for a very comfortable place for us to stay. He kept all the commitments for preparing the apartment for our occupancy and in fact when we did move in the apartment exceeded our expectations.

Once we moved in Mr. Dien promptly responded to any questions we had and was very meticulous in making all the arrangements for our utility services. For example, in response to our concern regarding the quality of the existing internet and TV services, he promptly arranged for new connections that were both reasonably priced and vastly improved.
