Rental Pool Program - Shantira resort Holiday Apartment:

• Rental pool period: 05 years

• Condominium owners are entitled to 45 % net rental revenue ( * ) shared per year with the minimum guarantee of 8 % calculated on apartment price (exclude VAT and maintenance fee), during 5 - year rental pool program.

Condominium owners shall be responsible for their own personal income tax and any other kinds of taxes and fees incurred on their income as regulated by the law and stipulated by the Rental Cooperation Agreement.

• Payment term: Twice a year with the first payment in June and the second payment after the annual auditing report.

• Condominium owners are entitled to use 20 nights for a free stay per year
