VI. Rental Program Policies & Fees.
Guaranteed Rental Income: 5% per annum for the first 2 years (equivalent to 10% across the 24-month period).
Rental Revenue Sharing Ratio: 35% allocated to the Owner (the Owner is responsible for Personal Income Tax), 65% allocated to the Operator.
Complimentary Stay Privileges: Owners receive 60 points per year to redeem for complimentary night stays at the project. Complimentary breakfast is included for the Owner during these stays.
Expenses Covered by the Operator (During participation in the Rental Program): Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) maintenance, Management Fees, and Property Insurance for both the villa and public areas.
