Construction at Nobu Da Nang continues to progress steadily and on schedule, with a strong focus on core structural works. Throughout December 2025, on-site activities concentrated on major structural components and the elevator core system, ensuring quality, safety, and strict compliance with the approved construction plan.

 

 

•Installation of formwork and rebar for beams and slabs at Level 3 (elevator core area) – 95% completed.

•Installation of Gangform sliding formwork for the elevator core walls at Levels 3 and 4.

•Installation of protective scaffolding at Level 5.

•Removal of shoring props at Level 1.

•Construction of columns, walls, and temporary support systems – Level 5 slab: 50% completed.

 

January 2026 construction highlights:

 

•Concrete pouring works for Level 5 and Level 6 floor slabs

•Construction of staircase systems at Basement B2, Basement B1, Level 1, and Level 2

•Implementation of basement access ramps at Basement B2 and Basement B1

•Masonry and plastering works carried out on Level 2

•Completion and fit-out of the Site Management Office for the Project Management Team
