I first made contact with CVR during the autumn of 2014 and Ms. Quyen Nguyen immediately responded to my inquiry. I explained that I would be coming to Da Nang in July of 2015 and outlined the desires of my “ideal” apartment (location, amenities, etc). Based on her analysis, Ms. Quyen offered a few locations that would interest me and she assured me that she would contact me in June to start confirming availabilities; she did!
Although she had assembled a very nice list of apartments I would enjoy, spread among a couple of locations throughout the city, I found one in particular that suited me well and Ms. Quyen immediately got to work arranging for me to view the apartment, agreeing on the price and the drafting of the rental contract. Upon my move in, Ms. Quyen was at my side to review the documentation and translate any questions I had for the owner.
I cannot express my gratitude enough to Ms. Quyen, and the team at CVR Realty, my appreciation for the efforts they made on my behalf. Ms. Quyen is a highly professional agent and played an integral part in my transition to moving to Da Nang. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for housing in the area and personally, I already have.
