After years of delay, construction has officially resumed on towers CT1 and CT2 of the Da Nang Times Square complex as of May 23, 2025, marking a significant revival of one of the city’s most iconic beachfront projects.
Strategically located at the prime intersection of Pham Van Dong and Vo Nguyen Giap in Son Tra District, the project boasts breathtaking views of My Khe Beach and occupies one of the most coveted addresses in Da Nang.
According to the updated plan, CT1 and CT2 will rise 50 stories high with 2 basement levels, offering approximately 1,200 premium residential apartments—a substantial boost to Da Nang’s luxury housing supply.

In a notable policy shift, all four land plots (CT1, CT2, CT3, CT7) have been officially converted from condotel to residential apartment use, providing clearer legal status and long-term ownership opportunities for both investors and end-users.
With a total investment of VND 2,500 billion, and developed by Kim Long Nam JSC, Da Nang Times Square is set to re-emerge as a flagship project for upscale coastal living in Central Vietnam.
